* Members of affiliated societies of ECMM are entitled to register for the ECMM – members rate.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee for Face to Face participation includes:
Admission to the meeting, welcome reception, certificate of attendance, 2 lunches and all coffee breaks.

The registration fee for Online participation includes:
Admission to the online meeting and a certificate of attendance.

Group registrations

Group registration is available for groups of 5 participants or more. More information about group registration will follow shortly.

Registration & payment

Individual registrations can be paid by creditard (American Express, Mastercard, Visa).
Group registrations can be paid by invoice or by credit card.

Cancellation policy

COVID clause: your registration will be converted from face to face to online participation in case you are not able to join in Aberdeen due to any COVID travel restrictions. The registration fee difference will be credited.

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 July 2021 will be refunded less 30 % to cover administration costs.
After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.

A name change can be made at no cost.
